It is not possible to organize parties and / or invite external guests.
According to the regional rules for Bed and Breakfast guests cannot use the kitchen, but we will meet our guests’ needs.
No pets allowed, due to the owners’ allergies.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. The B&B is equipped with smoke detectors. It is possible to smoke at the Magic Room terrace (for its guests) or at the common terrace accessible from the kitchen.
Check-in must be from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, we will be able to find an agreement if the changes will be agreed well in advance
Check-out must be done before 10:30 AM. You can leave your luggage in our custody up to a time to be agreed. In case of delay the cost of another night may be charged.

The apartment is not suitable for babies and small children, there are no classic protections that every parent would put in their own home. We take reservations for families with children, but they must take this into account.
The Magic Room bathroom is equipped with the “sanitrit” system. You will find detailed instructions for its use in the bathroom and you can also ask the owner for further explanations.
In case you have not paid via booking portals, you will be asked to pay at check-in.
Cancellation conditions
Reservation can be canceled up to 30 days before check-in. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit or the deposit will be retained
Terms of payment
The balance will be paid at check-in. It is possible to pay by credit card.

- It is not possible to accommodate guests in rooms/apartments
